Description of Service

ImgNest provides browser-based image processing tools including but not limited to image compression, resizing, cropping, conversion, rotation, watermarking, background removal, and other image editing features. All processing is performed locally in your browser.

Image Processing

All image processing operations are performed entirely within your browser. Your images are not uploaded to ImgNest servers. You retain full ownership of any images you process using the Service.

• Images are processed locally and never leave your device
• ImgNest does not store, copy, or retain your images
• You are solely responsible for the images you process

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated tools to excessive or abusive levels

Intellectual Property

The ImgNest website, design, logos, and original content are the property of ImgNest and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the images you process using the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to process any images you upload or manipulate using the Service.

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ImgNest. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
